The Reporting Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring data and performance metrics across users and departments. Quickly assess productivity and track progress throughout user programs.
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to your Dashboard to view key performance indicators and access detailed reports about your organizationâs activity.
Downloadable Reports đ
For a detailed analysis, each report available on the Dashboard can be downloaded as a CSV file. This allows for further data manipulation and record-keeping outside of Symba.
Available Reports
Here's a quick overview of the eight key reports you can view and download:
Types of Users - Displays a breakdown of the total number of users in your organization and the type of account each user holds.
Program Participant Start and End Dates - Shows the start and end dates for various users within your programs.
Users by School Name - Details which schools users are affiliated with, providing insight into your educational diversity.
Users by Department - Outlines how many users are assigned to each department within your organization.
Number of Alumni Participants - Counts how many users have transitioned to Alumni status within your organization.
Number of Projects - Totals the projects created across your organization.
User Assignments with Project Status - Breaks down project status by showing how many users are in categories of "In Progress", "Completed", or "Stuck".
Number of Projects by Deadlines - Provides a breakdown of project due dates across your organization.
Navigating the Dashboard đ§
Viewing Reports: Click on the desired report from the Dashboard overview.
Downloading Data: Select the download icon next to the report title to export the data as a CSV file.
