Filling out your Symba profile is an important way to increase engagement.
To manage and edit your profile click the dropdown at the top right of your account and select "View Profile". Here you can see your profile and all the information within it.
To edit your profile, click "Edit" at the top right.
To add or change your profile photo click on the pencil icon to the left and upload your photo and hit "Submit".
In your profile you can add and edit:
First Name
Last Name
Title: title at your org
Pronouns
Current Location
Mobile Number (private)
Race (private)
Gender (private)
Education: Schools you've attended
Skills
Interest
Get to know me questions
Social Media Links
Within your profile you can edit the various sections shown. To add skills to "My Skills" select the + icon and click on the dropdown and click on the skills dropdown to choose your skills.
To add interests to "My Interests" select the + icon and click on the dropdown and click on the interests dropdown to choose your interests.
The "Get to know me!" section is where the questions that were predetermined by an admin are located. To answer these questions you can click the down arrow on a question and click into the text box to begin answering the question.
You can also add up to 3 social media links of your choosing by clicking the social site dropdown and selecting your social site. You will then need to add the social link in the provided link field. Make sure to click "Add" when you're ready to add your social site.
Finally, when you have finished editing your profile, make sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom or at the top of your profile.
