As a user you have the ability to request feedback from your manager directly within your account.
To request feedback, click on the "Request Feedback" button at the top right.
Enter the email of the user you would like to request feedback from.
Enter the name of the project you are requesting feedback on.
Enter a message for your manager that would contain anything important they should know when submitting your feedback.
Finally, click "Submit" to request feedback.
Your manager will receive a notification that you have requested feedback from them and once they have submitted feedback you will be able to see it on your Feedback section along with their rating and any comments.
