If your organization uses Slack to communicate internally, you have the ability to enable Slack notifications within your Symba account which will allow you to receive real-time notifications within Slack when certain actions occur.
To begin receiving notifications in Slack you will need to click the drop down at the top right of your account and click on "Settings".
Once in Settings, select "Notification Settings" and toggle "Enable Slack Notifications".
Next, you'll want to open your Slack app on desktop.
Head over to the left menu bar in Slack all the way down to Apps on the bottom. Click on "Add apps".
At the top of this page you should see a search bar that you can use to find the Symba app. Type in "Symba-bot" and click on the app.
You will now see the Symba-bot app on the left menu bar and you will see your Symba notifications within Symba-bot in Slack.
