Editing user details is a crucial function for admins to ensure that user information is accurate and up-to-date. This may be necessary for updating contact details, correcting errors, adjusting user roles, or reassigning departments and Launchpad groups as internal changes occur within your organization.

Accessing User Management

  1. Log In: Ensure you are logged into your Admin account.

  2. Navigate: Click on the dropdown at the top right corner of your screen and select “Manage Users”. This will take you to the page listing all users in your Symba account.

Finding and Selecting a User to Edit

  1. Search User: Use the search bar at the top left to locate the user you wish to edit. You can search by name, email, or other identifiers.

  2. Access Options: Once you find the user, click on the three dots on the right side of their row to see options such as "Edit" and "Deactivate".

Note: For more information on Deactivating Users, check out our article on Managing Users.
